Sleeps 8. Fully furnished. Conditions - 12 months to replace the steel annex with new aluminium annex and install an ensuite. Pro-rata payment of current fees.

The family-friendly park is situated a stone throw away from the beach in beautiful Safety Beach.

Annual Fees are due the 1st of September each year. Currently $4800 for 2 people plus $100 p/p for extra nominated members.
