Onsite holiday caravan and annex, (Not for permanent living).

• great frontage to the van with lots of room to set up tables/chairs under a marque

Annex and van has such great potential to give a complete make over if you wanted but if not, its still in great clean condition. Unfortunately we just didn't get a chance to decorate.

Beach located across the road from caravan park. Only a 5 minute walk to Rosebud Shopping Complex where you can find Coles, Kmart, butcher, Target, bottle shop, cafes and more.

Fantastic family, friendly atmosphere with in the caravan park 😊. Showers and toilets are always very clean. Very much a regretful sale.
