One of the conditions of sale is the van and annex will need to be moved approximately 40 metres back into the next street. The park will use the site as casual campsites. 

No bathroom inside! Never considered to install one as Mum didn’t want the hassle of cleaning it, especially with 5 kids. However bathroom and shower facilities are very close by, just a 7 second walk, and are cleaned frequently throughout the day. No need to worry about mould or plumbing issues that come with having bathroom inside a caravan.

All the children have grown up and my parents aren’t in a position to maintain it anymore.

The caravan is freshly painted inside and out. $1000 of repairs have been recently done. The annex is approximately 10 years old and well looked after - cost us $15,000 to build.

The park is absolutely gorgeous.
