NO AIRCON - grab cheap aircon off the shelf at Harvey Norman or Good Guys, wired fully to plugin air-con unit, hole with cover in the wall allows you to install split system aircon, see above video

TAPE - Inside items taped up ready for transport, remove the tape after delivery

CLOSET - Wardrobe laid down with foam support to protect during transport

PLASTIC FILM - Walls have light plastic film cover over painted surfaces, film can either be pulled off or left on after delivery.

• either wire cabin direct or use the plug (by others to connect)

KEYS
Door keys see in right side top drawer of office desk

DOOR HANDLES
We remove the entry door handles during transport and place them just inside the cupboard under the sink, use a screwdriver to open the entry door and refit the door handles (by others)

HOT WATER UNIT

• Do not connect the cabin to the power until after the water is connected and run through the pipes and the hot water unit.
• Check all water points tight so no leaks (by others)

BY OTHERS - Connect up the 3 services, power, water, sewer, or to make any changes, fixups, modifications, engineering, permits, etc

• One Bed Site Office Cabins are made in our China factory and assembled as multi-purpose cabins then shipped to Australia. Through lifting and transport we have not been able to eliminate some defects to the units, so we will only sell the units as used factory 2nds
• Selling as used, factory 2nds, no warranty, no returns, no refunds
• Bizibuild does not warrant the condition, quality, compliance, useability or any particular purpose for the cabins
• We only supply the cabins and drop them off
• We do not offer prior inspections, crane truck cabins direct to your site
• 7 days delivery from payment. We do not take deposits, only full payments upfront, due to such low margins.
