River Gardens Caravan Park is located in an ideal position approximately 20 metres from Surfers Paradise, 15 minutes to the Star Casino and about 30 minutes to Seaworld, Dreamworld, Movieworld and Wet'n'Wild. The park features a swimming pool right next to the Nerang River. 

The van is permanent and must be lived in (it cannot be sub-let). The land rental is $175 per week. There are no rates and you do not pay for water. You only pay for the electricity you use.
