If you’re in the process of buying or selling a relocatable home or cabin, then you want to ensure you are signing a contract to either take on rightful ownership of the asset or to relinquish ownership of that asset.

We encourage one contract per sale and that both parties sign and receive a copy of this. Once your sale is complete, contracts have been signed and monies exchanged, be sure to cancel or commence any relevant insurance policies, occupation agreements or residential tenancy agreements.
