2024 is here

As always at this time of year, the market see’s a lot of movement with people buying and selling.

Towards the end of 2023, we witnessed a downturn in the market with consumers appearing to be effected by the cost of living crisis and increased interest rates.

Now, with those interest rates somewhat stabilising and consumer confidence on the increase, we have seen sales start to improve.

One of our strongest area’s of interest is for permanent residential living within the caravan park. Many retirees are gravitating to this style of living for the sense of community and the cost-effective way of living.

The opportunity to sell your family home and downsize into a cabin in a caravan park is a great option for many. In a lot of the cases, this will provide the retiree with a considerate amount of money in their bank account to enjoy a stress free lifestyle, often within a safe a secure community.

These same people are the group are opting to purchase caravans and spend a portion of their time travelling Australia, and the other living in their caravan park.
