Make your villa your own when you work with one of Todd Devines interior designers. You can select your own colours, tiles, flooring and make internal adjustments to suit your living needs.
The payable annual site fee is $7800 in accordance with the occupation agreement (a copy of this can be found in the resources section below).
The payable annual fees contribute to park maintenance, management, security, and a number of other essential services to keep this incredible holiday destination in boutique condition.
Development is expected to start in the near future, with some villa & site packages already snapped up!

Cowes is the main township on Phillip Island in the Gippsland region of Victoria, Australia. It is about two hours drive from Melbourne and can also be reached by coach, or passenger ferry from Stony Point on the Mornington Peninsula.
