Bedroom 2 has a Trio bed composure (double bed & single bunk bed), fixed robe and drawers. The Lounge room has a pull out double sofa bed so you can comfortably sleep 7 in the cabin.
Café blinds on the deck provided you with protection from the elements to make the most out of the gorgeous ocean views all year round. Outdoor furniture setting is included
The kitchen is fitted with quality cabinetry and fixtures, including a fridge, dishwasher and large pantry.
The bathroom has a single basin and shower with custom built cabinetry and built in linen storage whilst the toilet is in a separate powder room.
The laundry has more custom built storage cupboards including the washing machine.
Included is all current furniture and fixtures (2x flat screen TV, Split system heating/AC, double sofa bed, arm chair, rug, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, outdoor furniture, kitchen dining table and 4 chairs, 2 kitchen stools, bed mattresses and side tables, soft furnishings, ornaments and wall hangings).
Excluded from the sale:
Linen, blankets & doonas.
The cabin is located at "Pisces Big 4 Holiday Park", 311 Great Ocean Rd, Apollo Bay, Victoria.
Inspection is a must.
Annual fee is $10,950 for two registered adults or $2737.50/quarter or $912.50/month. Extra adult is $300 and Children 2-16 years are $250.
This is NOT a permanent residency site so it cannot be occupied for more than 28 consecutive days and total occupancy of the site by any individual must not exceed 120 days in a calendar year.

You can sublet your cabin to e.g. Airbnb and Stayz on top of your owner’s days, in line with the lease agreement, but is not managed by the Park.
Pets are not allowed.
