The annual site fees for two adults and two children are just over $6500 and can be paid in agreed instalments with the owners Fiona and Marcus. The fees include unmetered electricity and water with your gas supply ordered and delivered as required. There’s also an air conditioner and heating. There is a laundromat a few steps away from our cabin also as well as additional showers and toilets. 

This is definitely a regrettable sale and is only due to relocation of our family interstate.
