The living room area is well set up with reverse cycle aircon, and decorated and has a fridge and 2 double storage cupboards and a full wardrobe and a pantry. The entry to the annex is spacious and can accommodate extra seats for visitors, and there is room for fold up dining table.

The bathroom has a great shower, toilet and basin - all have been updated few years ago. The bathroom also has a storage cupboard.

The floor is floating floors and has a charming timber appearance. The caravan/annex is decorated well and it is one of the best in the park for that size. The outdoor area offers a large courtyard with meribu floor, wall and fence and a secure gate as well. The timber is all in excellent condition. Next is a single car space.
