It has a satellite dish on it which can stay, you would just need to set up an account to use it I believe. Would be happy to leave the fridge, washing machine and other useful items if these were wanted by the purchaser.
Dogs are allowed in the park but would request this be confirmed with the owner during the standard process interview to make sure you know the rules, costs and they make sure you are the right fit for their park.
The park is 12 minutes from Murwillumbah - 10 minutes from Uki which has plenty of the necessities.
