We understand that home parks generally have a low theft rate due to the safe home park environment and as such we offer competitive premiums to people who reside within home parks. We do so while offering quality insurance that automatically includes events like Accidental Damage and Mechanical and electrical burnout – many insurers class these as additional options.

We recognise that a lot of people who reside in lifestyle communities like to travel Australia and holiday for long periods of time, with this being the case we do not penalise people who leave their home for long periods of time – check your insurance exclusions as many companies limit the length of time you can leave your home unattended.

If you have a Manufactured Home insured under our Accidental Damage Policy you will also be able to bundle private motor insurance with MHIA to simplify your insurances knowing it is all covered by one company.

Onsite Caravans and Cabins

Whether you live in an onsite-caravan or cabin permanently or have a holiday property we are happy to assist you. Our on-site caravan and cabin policy also does not penalise you for not attending your dwelling for long periods of time.
